Set Goals, Not Limits Running Camps offer private and group coaching to help you reach your running goals. Either option of training offers ways for you to train that are most convenient to you and your schedule. Coaching is available via group runs, seasonal camps, email training, texting and/or phone calls.
Group runs are held Tuesdays and Thursday nights and Sunday mornings. You can feel comfortable contacting Coach Butler with any questions or to provide him feedback from a run.
Whether your goal is to start running or you are a seasoned runner wanting to get faster, Coach Butler will help you achieve your goals with customized training based on your personal abilities.
We will individually assess each runner and based on individual goals, set each runner up with a customized training program. Your training regimen will be based on your particular level of fitness and you will be advised how to move forward to achieve your goals while staying injury free.
